Vendor Management Services Project Coordinator

Definition:

The Vendor Management Services Project Coordinator works as a member of our Vendor Management Services team and assists with customer engagements, vendor management services, training, and overall support for our SaaS product lines which include Disaster Recovery planning, Business Continuity planning, Vendor Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Directly Responsible To:

Director of Vendor Management Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall vendor management services to our customers
  • Communicate project logistics to external sources
  • Contact, gather, and review necessary data from external sources
  • Conduct third party document reviews and data entry into our software platform
  • Ensure projects are completed on-time for client engagements
  • Work closely with other Operations and Vendor Management Services team members to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Organize quantitative and qualitative project logistics and details to promote team efficiency
  • Create clear status reporting metrics to be sent to customers and management
  • Perform customer training as needed
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Technical

  • Knowledge of entry level concepts of business continuity, vendor management, and enterprise risk management
  • A core understanding of the internet and standard software applications including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing required.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and be proficient in new software applications with minimal training or guidance

Education

College degree preferred, but any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described are required. Coursework in computer science, information systems, finance, business administration or other related fields are preferred.

Salary Range

The salary range for our Vendor Management Project Coordinator’s is $60,00 – $80,000 per year based on experience level.
