Corporate Account Executive

Quantivate is a provider of web-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software and service solutions to organizations both large and small nationwide. Founded in 2005 with the release of its Business Continuity Software, the company has grown to feature a full suite of modules for GRC including Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Enterprise Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and Complaint Management. With our GRC platform and modules, we’ve many organizations across multiple industries to effectively anticipate and manage risks, improve compliance, and strengthen governance initiatives.

Overview:

Quantivate is seeking a proven sales professional to prospect and sell directly via the telephone, internet presentations, with some travel in a defined geographic territory. The Corporate Account Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale.  Position reports to the SVP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales objectives through sales to new customers.
- Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
- Work with Sales Engineers for demo preparation and customer demo presentations.
- Develop and maintain a very good working knowledge about Quantivate’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position.
- Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
- Document daily sales activities in sales force automation tool, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management.
- Be an active team player both on the sales team and throughout Quantivate to help meet company objectives.
- Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product, selling, competitive, etc. matters.
- Interacts with sales, marketing and external customers.
- Operates under moderate supervision with frequent reviews of work.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Education, Experience & Training:

- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 4 - 7 years of successful software B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
- Experience to selling to “C” level Executives
- Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
- Consultative, solution based sales methodology
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check

Customer Advocacy Manager

Position Overview

The Customer Advocacy position is a diverse position that is both sales and customer.  In this position you will be responsible for upsells and cross sells, as well as retention, and customer satisfaction.  The Customer Advocacy Manager will grow and maintain their book of business, while providing strategic direction around our customers GRC needs.   You will be one of the primary points of for our customers.  Working with our customers you will think strategically about the business, the customers challenges and develop a plan to deliver value.   The Customer Advocacy Manager position is a bit of “jack of all trades” as it encompasses much of the post sales contact and problem solving, selling, as well as retention.

Responsibilities

- Meeting Upsell and Cross sell KPI’s
- Develop and demonstrate strong, positive relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as customers
- Develop and execute against strategic account plans for customers.
- Understand our customers landscape so that you can present a strategic road map for them in their GRC needs
- Identify and engage in churn strategies. 
- Achieve customer retention/churn KPI’s
- Track and raise issues as appropriate with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Analyze customer data to share insights with Quantivate Management Team.
- Persistent outbound efforts to prospect, educate, qualify and set appointments for Account Execs.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM

Education, Experience & Training required:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as an Account Manager

Vendor Management Services Analyst

Quantivate is growing quickly and in need of a Vendor Management Services Analyst. The Vendor Management Services Analyst works as a member of our Vendor Management Services team and assists with customer engagements, vendor management services, training, and overall support for our SaaS product lines which include Disaster Recovery planning, Business Continuity planning, Vendor Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.

- Provide overall vendor management services to our customers
- Perform comprehensive due diligence and risk assessment processes
- Review and analyze due diligence data for gaps, errors, and discrepancies
- Articulate recommendations to customers based on review of due diligence data
- Guide customers through risk assessment processes
- Ensure projects are completed on-time for client engagements
- Work closely with other Operations and Vendor Management Services team members to prioritize projects and tasks
- Create clear status reporting metrics to be sent to customers and management
- Perform customer training as needed

The Solutions Project Engineer assists our Solutions Consultants with customer project engagements, configurations, training, and overall support for our SaaS product lines which include Disaster Recovery planning, Business Continuity planning, Vendor Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliant Management, and Policy and Document Management.

DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO

SVP of Operations

- Provide setup, ongoing support and maintenance services for all product lines
- Ensure projects are completed on-time for client engagements
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier product and service support
- Work closely with other Operations Team members to prioritize projects and tasks
- Create clear status reporting metrics to be sent to customers and management as needed
- Work closely with the development and program management departments to define and support new products
- Perform customer training as needed
- Flexibility for rare but occasional travel and ability to work necessary hours to meet customer demands

Solutions Software Coordinator

DEFINITION

Quantivate Solutions Software Coordinators facilitate project engagements, configurations, trainings, and all customer needs for our SaaS product lines, which include Disaster Recovery planning, Business Continuity planning, Vendor Management, and Enterprise Risk Management. You will assist Solutions Architects and customers with designing, building, and implementing Quantivate solutions to solve their business objectives and maintain the customer relationship throughout their contract term. Within this role, you will be considered the Subject Matter Expert pertaining to advanced Quantivate functionalities. This position requires hands-on work with the product and will be client-facing, looking for areas of process improvement, and is expected to bring innovation and best practices to the customer to drive improvement and gain efficiencies. This role will collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership within the customer’s organization as a means of ensuring that their strategic initiatives are met.  

DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO

SVP of Operations

- Assigned to a Solutions Architect to assist with all activities related to customer/engagement success
- Support clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption
