VENDOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES ANALYST  

Quantivate is growing quickly and in need of a Vendor Management Services Analyst. The Vendor Management Services Analyst works as a member of our Vendor Management Services team and assists with customer engagements, vendor management services, training, and overall support for our SaaS product lines which include Disaster Recovery planning, Business Continuity planning, Vendor Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.

DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO

Vendor Management Services Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May not include all the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in position)

  • Provide overall vendor management services to our customers
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence and risk assessment processes
  • Review and analyze due diligence data for gaps, errors, and discrepancies
  • Articulate recommendations to customers based on review of due diligence data
  • Guide customers through risk assessment processes
  • Ensure projects are completed on-time for client engagements
  • Work closely with other Operations and Vendor Management Services team members to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Create clear status reporting metrics to be sent to customers and management
  • Perform customer training as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Competencies

  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills
  • Ability to focus on and decipher detailed reports, contracts and other documents

  • Actively listens to stakeholders, openly and appropriately communicates with manager and team members to keep them informed of progress and/or obstacles towards meeting deadlines

  • The ability to deliver technical information to users in non-technical and clear terms

Technical

  • Knowledge of entry-level concepts of business continuity, vendor management, and enterprise risk management
  • A core understanding of the internet and standard software applications including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing required.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and be proficient in new software applications with minimal training or guidance

Education

College degree preferred, but any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described are required. Coursework in computer science, information systems, finance, business administration or other related fields is preferred.

SALES LEAD GENERATOR

Quantivate is seeking a full or part-time Sales Lead Generator. You don't have to have previous experience or knowledge about the industry just the desire to succeed. We will train the right people. This position is with a successful company with opportunity to advance.

Quantivate is an industry-leading provider of SaaS Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software solutions. Founded in 2005, the company has grown to feature a fully integrated suite of GRC software modules. Organizations, both large and small, from across the country use Quantivate’s suite of GRC modules to teardown data silos, manage risk, and cost efficiently manage their GRC initiatives.

The right candidate will:

  • Contact businesses by phone
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to make an appointment with sales closer or attend a demo
  • Describe products and services
  • Respond to questions
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Obtain target customer information
  • Obtain possible customer leads
  • Follow up on initial contacts
  • Complete records of telephonic and email interactions and accounts
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities including keeping detailed notes on interactions in data base
  • Become familiar with software and value propositions
