Solutions Consultant

Definition:

Quantivate Solutions Consultants facilitate project engagements, configurations, trainings, and all customer needs for our SaaS product lines, which include Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, Vendor Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management. You will assist Solutions Architects and customers with designing, building, and implementing Quantivate solutions to solve their business objectives and maintain the customer relationship throughout their contract term. Within this role, you will be considered the subject matter expert pertaining to advanced Quantivate functionalities. This position requires hands-on work with the product, will be client-facing looking for areas of process improvement, and is expected to bring innovation and best practices to the customer to drive improvement and gain efficiencies. This role will collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership within the customer’s organization as a means of ensuring that their strategic initiatives are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with all activities related to customer implementation and engagement success
  • Support clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption
  • Manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
  • Systems implementation: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • Maintain client engagements post implementation as a technical and best practice resource
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance services for all product lines
  • Ensure projects are completed on time for client engagements
  • Work closely with other team members to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Create clear status reporting metrics to be sent to customers and management
  • Work closely with the development and management departments to define and support new products
  • Perform customer training as needed

  • Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once with a high level of attention to detail
  • Systematically organizes materials so information can easily be found by others
  • Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills

Technical

  • Knowledge of entry-level GRC concepts including but not limited to business continuity, vendor management, internal audit, and enterprise risk management
  • A core understanding of the internet and standard software applications including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing required
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and be proficient in new software applications with minimal training or guidance

Education

College degree preferred, but any combination of education and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described are required. Coursework in computer science, information systems, finance, business administration, or other related fields are preferred.
