Product Manager

What you’ll do:

Work with customers and stakeholders to define and execute the strategic direction and position of new products and existing product enhancements.

  • Participate in Agile and Scrum methodologies with the R&D Team
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly departmental meetings
  • Meet with customers to understand and capture customer problems and needs
  • Assist in design and configuration of products
  • As part of a product team, you will manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation and lifecycle management
  • Identify market/customer problems through research
  • Manage customer advisory board work
  • Work closely with the development team and stakeholders to ideate new solutions and update current solutions
  • Define feature acceptance criteria for solutions
  • Provide internal/external product support to team and customers
  • Work closely with other team members to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Work closely with engineering teams to clearly define and break down customer problems

What success looks like:

  • Create solutions that improve customers’ use of the product
  • Launch solutions that meet corporate objectives of increased annual recurring revenue and increased gross customer retention

What your experience and qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in technology/SaaS industry in Product Manager or similar role
  • High adaptability, strong sense of ownership, and eager curiosity in navigating a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate inclusively and cross-functionally and work well with diverse perspectives and multiple stakeholders to drive company success
  • Relentless focus on direct and indirect customer interaction to understand and be the champion for customer needs and pain points
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Data-driven mindset when making decisions and process-oriented approach to execution and measuring success
  • Strong analytical abilities to conduct market research and develop insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Proven track record of quickly understanding new markets, industries, products, and customer audiences
