Quantivate is a provider of web-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software and service solutions to organizations both large and small nationwide. Founded in 2005 with the release of its Business Continuity Software, the company has grown to feature a full suite of modules for GRC including Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Enterprise Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Complaint Management, and Policy & Document Management Software.

Andy Vanderhoff is CEO and Founder of Quantivate and is the guiding force behind the company. He is actively involved in business development and the strategic direction of the company and its software solutions. Prior to founding Quantivate, Mr. Vanderhoff served in the United States Army in Bosnia. He has also worked for Washington Mutual where he managed vendor management initiatives, DR architecture, and BC programs. In 2005, Mr. Vanderhoff started Quantivate after seeing firsthand the lack of robust, easy-to-use software and services solutions on the market. Mr. Vanderhoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing Systems from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
With his more than 15 years of experience in BC/DR, vendor management, risk management, and technology management, Mr. Vanderhoff is recognized nationally as a leader in risk management and business continuity. He presents regularly to regional and national audiences on risk management, compliance, and BC/DR issues.
Derek Schlicker is a Seattle native and has 15 years of experience leading financial, operational, and strategic initiatives across a spectrum of high-growth B2B and B2C SaaS companies in the Seattle region.
Prior to joining Quantivate, Derek most recently came from PayScale, where he held multiple leadership roles in finance and operations, built out a world-class finance team from scratch, and drove exponential revenue growth via both organic and acquisitive channels. Before that, he held various financial leadership roles at Trulia (via Market Leader) and Clearwire.
Derek is a University of Washington alum.
Chad Norley is responsible for directing operations and personnel to strategically bring continuous and measurable improvements to economics, efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery, staff development, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Norley for the last 20 years has managed and been a leader in the Information Technology field improving performance, streamlining operations, and delivering cost-effective solutions for managing information, increasing productivity, and protecting corporate assets in the medical, financial, and high-tech manufacturing industries. He has a wide-ranging educational background and attended Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington.
Holly Nordal oversees Quantivate's sale effort and is an experienced sales executive in the software industry. She has specialized in building high-performance Sales and Account Management teams (including inside sales, outside sales, account management, and partner/field sales). Holly has a successful history in helping organizations accelerate growth and deliver upon customer expectations. With more than 20 years of experience, Holly has worked at some of the premiere SaaS software companies in the Northwest, such as Expedia, Concur, and Avalara. Holly holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
Pauly Comtois serves as Chief Technology Officer for Quantivate, where he leads the company's strategic planning for technology and software development initiatives. Mr. Comtois has over 20 years of experience as a developer and leader of enterprise software organizations spanning early-stage startups to multi-national companies. Working closely with customers, partners, and engineering, he brings unrelenting focus on quality and customer delight. He has spoken at many conferences, including DevOps Enterprise Summit and DevOps Days events, and has published articles and interviews in publications such as CIO Magazine and DevOps.com.
Mr. Comtois graduated with an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in telecommunications.
After work, he enjoys guitar, hiking, camping, fishing, home brewing, and exploring restaurants in the Pacific Northwest.
Dan Banning oversees Quantivate’s strategic and tactical marketing programs. Mr. Banning brings more than 15 years of marketing experience driving successful product launch efforts, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation initiatives for a variety of B2B software and technology companies. Prior to Quantivate, Mr. Banning has worked for several successful technology companies including The Cobalt Group (now CDK Global) , Visible Technologies (now Cision), ProVantage Software, and WinEstimator Inc. (now Trimble). He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Julia O’Connell oversees Quantivate’s development process, working with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide new and updated functionality in Quantivate’s GRC suite. Julia also works with customers to define product requirements and determine ongoing product strategies. She joined Quantivate in 2011 and has served in management roles in a variety of areas, including Customer Support and Operations. Prior to joining Quantivate, Julia held an information technology management role at Pro-Tech Services, Inc. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
