  • December 22, 2020

December 2020 — Quantivate has been named a 2020 Gold Medalist for Business Continuity Software as part of SoftwareReviews.com’s newest Data Quadrant Report for Business Continuity Management. The Gold Medal Award designation recognizes “outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their users.”

SoftwareReviews, an offering from Info-Tech Research Group, calculates its rankings based solely on user reviews, considering feedback about the product and users’ experience interacting with the vendor. The site defines these scoring categories as follows:

  • Product Features and Satisfaction: The satisfaction is captured in the overall satisfaction score, which is driven by the likelihood of users to recommend the software, combined with user satisfaction across top product features.
  • Vendor Experience and Capabilities: The vendor relationship is calculated in a weighted average of the satisfaction scores tied to vendor capabilities (e.g. software implementation, training, customer support, product roadmap) as well as emotional response ratings toward the vendor (e.g. trustworthy, respectful, fair).

Quantivate Business Continuity emerged as the leader, with the highest composite score out of six vendors, reflecting high levels of customer satisfaction.
