Sales Development Representative


Quantivate is a fast growing leading provider of web-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software to organizations large and small nationwide.  Founded in 2005, Quantivate is looking for the next top 1% of sales development reps to join our team.

Directly responsible to: Sales Operations Manager

The right candidate will:

  • Absorb the on-boarding manual and be ready to start contacting new prospects 10 days from start date
  • Master the identification of target prospects at target companies using Google, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft
  • Become an expert at SalesLoft Prospector, routinely extracting contacts and creating accurate and targeted lists of prospects
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips to qualify and set appointments with prospects
  • Efficiently and gracefully counter top of the funnel objections, prospecting, cold calling, as well as have excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Schedule demos on the Director of Sales calendar and log activities in CRM
