Upgrade to Vendor Management Module

Woodinville, WA October 16, 2015 – Quantivate, a leading provider of SaaS Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, has released a significant upgrade to its Vendor Management Module that streamlines the vendor management process. In addition, the company has launched new Vendor Management Services for existing and new customers.

The Vendor Management software upgrade from Quantivate offers a host of new features that significantly simplifies the vendor management processes. These features eliminate manual tasks that were once time consuming and expensive.

The software update contains a wealth of new features that reduce the overall cost and effort needed by Vendor Managers to perform vendor due diligence and manage vendor relationships. Along with updated existing features several new features include:

  • Dynamic and Prebuilt Workflows: Configurable workflows to automate tasks, build pages and questionnaires to gather due diligence information from external third parties, and automate approvals. Pre-Built workflows include: Vendor Analysis, Vendor Termination, Vendor Questionnaires, Vendor Incident Polling, Contract Reviews and more.
  • Self-Service Portals: Combining dynamic workflows and temporary user account functionality, users can create portals for vendors, suppliers, and other third parties to manage their own information and documentation.
  • New Vendor Analysis: Gives the ability to perform cost/benefit analysis, in-house versus outsourcing and more when vetting vendors.
    Auditor and Executive Dashboards:  Provide the information each user type needs quickly without any additional distractions.
